6" Philodendron 'Swiss Cheese' on Pole

$39.00

We have run out of stock for this item.

The popular Swiss Cheese plant is, of course, named for the many holes in each leaf. Deep green, rumpled leaves have, if you look closely at them, a luminous satin sheen. Coming from Mexico, this wild trailer climbs trees using aerial roots. It is thought the holes in the leaves allowed wind to pass through, keeping the plant firmly anchored. In captivity you can expect vigorous growth and long vines. Supported on a pole, the leaves of a mature plant can grow quite large.
