4" Echeveria Arctic Ice

$8.00

Echeveria Arctic Ice is a beautiful, Renee O'Connell hybrid. Featuring fat, succulent, triangular, icy blue and sea green leaves with hints of lime, the whole plant is a tight, star-shaped rose with myriad babies crowding the pot, quickly filling it - actually just a pot of stars. Each star can reach 6" high and wide, potsfull of them can look just like a colony of sea anemones in a tidepool. The whole plant is also frosted with the white powdercoat many Echeverias sport, thought to conserve water, protect from sun, etc., but adding to the wintry iciness. The flower, like most Echeverias, is a fleshy, pinkish, leafy shepherd's hook rising up with pointed buds of coral opening up to show a bit of yellow inside. Arctic Ice's frosty aspect looks really nice planted in a low pot with darker green plants and pink, orange, or red hues. Add in a few pebbles too.

  • Drought Tolerant
  • Low Maintenance

Quick Care Guide:

    • Water - Low (1):  Needs very little water to survive. Wait until the plant is completely dry then fully soak. Drought tolerant by nature.
    • High - (5):  Plant needs a lot of light; direct is even better. These plants do best when placed on a window sill or next to a bright window. Avoid concentrated, hot light from window which may cause burning (magnifying glass effect).
    • Difficulty - Low (1):  These plants need barely any attention to thrive. Set it and forget it.
