*Heat packs will be included in all packages shipping to colder parts of the country in order to prevent freeze-damage*

COVID Shipping Update:

We are currently following all CDC guidelines at the nursery. Pickers and packers are wearing gloves and masks. All hard surfaces are receiving an additional disinfectant wipe down before beginning their journey to your door.

Our Shipping Story

Every order is picked to order. Meaning, it comes right from its growing space in our greenhouse to your home. After picking we have one of our quality control mangers review each and every plant to make sure its up to our strict standards. From there it is cleaned, pruned, and packed. Its reviewed again by a quality control manager and then marked ready for pick up. You might find a check mark on your box. Currently our packaging is 100% recyclable. We work quick, but we don’t hurry. We want to make sure your plants look as good as possible after their long trip. Sometimes weather can hold up shipping. If that occurs we will reach out with updates.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Each order is calculated by total weight and final zip code. We negotiated the best rates possible with USPS or UPS and you can select expedited shipping if desired. The shipping calculator shows the exact rate with USPS or UPS. No hidden handling fees. Please keep in mind that the shipping calculator will also let you know approximately how long your package will take to arrive once shipped.

Our orders typically are processed and ship out within 3-5 days. Why 5 days? We have a routine process here at the nursery. Our plants are watered on a schedule and we want to make sure your plants are in the right state before shipping. Plants that ship too wet or too dry won't arrive happy. We also want to minimize the transit time and try to optimize our ship days based on length of travel. Plants don’t love dark boxes. You’ll receive an email confirming ship date with a tracking number for you to review. If you would like to know exactly when your plant will ship please email us at hello@plantdecorshop.com.

Shipping can be challenging, but we take a lot of pride in our process. We love plants just as much as you do. Sometimes shippers aren’t as gentle as we wish. If for any reason you have issues once your plant arrives please email us a photo to hello@plantdecorshop.com and we will issue you a refund ASAP. We aren’t happy unless you are.
