Haworthia

Haworthias are a genus of small plants native to South Africa named after Adrian Haworth. These hardy plants grow in small clumps and are usually dark green. They are often mistaken for Aloes, which they do resemble. Their mostly white flowers grow on tall stems hovering above the plants. Haworthias prefer a sandy soil and partial shade, making them an ideal indoor succulent.
