Pothos
Pothos is a native of Mo'orea in French Polynesia where it climbs jungle trees using fibrous aerial roots. It has naturalized in tropical forests worldwide to the point of becoming an invasive pest, giving it the nickname "Devil's Ivy". There are many cultivars with white, yellow, grey and silver leaves making the species prized as houseplants. They are known for being happy in very poor conditions and will grow in every room in the house.
