This Echeveria is all topsy turvy! Basically rosette shaped, new leaves emerging from the center of the plant then leaning back for newer leaves to emerge. Those leaves are milky, pale blue, long and wiggly fingers, all curved (concave) and tips recurved back at the ends. Topsy turvy and unruly, the 3-4" leaves look like they're always in motion. Some of the leaves form tubes, they're so curved. Topsy is a mutation, actually a monstrose mutation of Echeveria Runyonii noticed and named by a botanist at California's Huntington Botanical Garden. It's truly a unique plant, nothing else has leaves like these! The flower starts with a leafy, blue stem rising up with pointed buds of a nice orange that don't just open a bit like some Echeverias but open wide to brilliant white, five petaled flowers with a bright yellow dot in the center. Bees and hummingbirds love the nectar easily found in these wide open flowers.

- Water - Low (1): Needs very little water to survive. Wait until the plant is completely dry then fully soak. Drought tolerant by nature.
- High - (5): Plant needs a lot of light; direct is even better. These plants do best when placed on a window sill or next to a bright window. Avoid concentrated, hot light from window which may cause burning (magnifying glass effect).
- Difficulty - Low (1): These plants need barely any attention to thrive. Set it and forget it.
