Radicans means "running", and this guy is real good at running. It runs along the soil and isn't afraid to run over itself, stems climbing over stems that came before until you have a jumbled pile of trailing stems climbing taller and taller, (some diving over the pot's edge to actually trail) decorated with smallish, succulent roundo leaves set so close to each other they cover the stems completely. They actually look like a regular, familiar green Jade plant at first, the leaves a little more turned this way n that than Jade but similar. Then they go crazy and don't seem to have a plan at all. In bright sun, cold weather, and other times they will go almost completely a brilliant red and orange all over. Some flowers will appear sometimes-little pink stems with whitish poufs, just a few inches tall. This plant is so unpredictable and fun you need one to see it act up and show off in your house.
