6" Dracaena Kiwi

$31.00

Dracaena Kiwi is a pretty cultivar, looking most like Dracaenas Colorama and Candy Cane in growth habit with a striking color combo all its own. Start with the thinnish, grey/brown, straight up trunks of most Dracaenas and add bunches of skinny, blade leaves poking straight up when they're born, gently leaning out and down; so many of those leaves they make a crazy, spiky pouf. Add a couple more poufs at different heights and you get a wild and artistic sculpture. Leaves are acidy yellow with bands of emerald green racing all the way down the edges, with a few extra, shadowy green stripes on the yellow randomly, as if they had a few left over. Treat Kiwi as you would your other Dracaenas, mindful that more light for this one will keep the brightest of colors.
