Sansevieria Black Coral is found growing in partial shade and even a bit of direct sun in its native African tropical regions. The tough leaves grow fibers so strong they were used for bowstrings by African hunters. The 2' to 3' sword shaped leaves are a dramatic blackish green with jagged, horizontal, silvery markings. This guy needs almost no care, occasional water and a bit of fertilizer is all it wants to thrive.
