6" Tradescantia Fluminensis, Variegated

$21.99

Tradescantia Fluminensis, Variegated is a big, old, fancy name for this pretty Wandering Jew. Native to Brazil and Argentina, it's been thriving in homes everywhere for a very long time. Soft, little, almond-shaped leaves are crazy candy-striped in bright green and a warm, lemony cream. They have a nice trailing habit and can get quite long with age. Super easy to propagate, they root really fast in water and soil, and are so prolific and rooty they are considered an invasive pest in some places they occur in the ground. A stem even just touching the soil will root in no time. Pieces that fall off and are rooted can be tucked back into the top of the plant to make the top fuller, or start another plant to pot up and love.
