Pretty Vriesea Cherelette is super easy to have around. Strappy leaves with a soft, subtle, satiny surface curve out from the center perfectly shaped and spaced. Look for translucent, muted, rainbow hues of yellows and greens, magenta and burgundy, scribed with tons of pine green, horizontal, wiggly lines. Some plants are blessed with an inner glow like a light left on down in the center. Deep in the very center is the well so many bromeliads have where rainwater collects in a tiny little pond, to refresh tiny little frogs and tiny little snails just passing through. Cherelette will be so happy in any spot you have, from brightest to medium light, and you can forget about her for the longest time and she will forgive.

- Water - Medium (3): Water plant when dry. Plant does not like soil to always be moist, but doesn't like to stay dry once becomes dry. Water as soon as soil is dry.
- Light - Med/High (4): Needs more light than most, but direct light not necessary. Can handle morning and afternoon sun directly on leaves.
- Difficulty - Low (1): These plants need barely any attention to thrive. Set it and forget it.
