6" Chinese Evergreen Diamond

$25.99

This handsome Aglaonema is a mutant child discovered by plant inventor Richard Henny in a nice greenhouse full of Agalonema Silver Bays. It stood out because of a different color variegation, less random green speckles than Silver Bay. Selected and watched like a hawk to see if he reproduces true, Diamond Bay passed the test and was introduced to us plant lovers. Generous, wide, oval leaves, dressed in a rich, grassy green sport a generous, wide, silvery, sagey blaze down the center. Satiny soft and smooth, the leaves come to a soft point. The whole plant will get about a foot tall maybe two feet wide. Of course with multi plants in the pot it will be wider. Really gorgeous seen from above where you can see the bold repeating pattern of the bicolor leaves, you may want this guy in a basket or pot on the floor or low table. Oh, and in being watched like a hawk in the testing greenhouse, he was shown to be a really happy feeder, so be sure to feed him.
