Ariane means "most holy" or "silver" in Greek and Welsh. Not sure what what means to our brilliant green little fern, but they're pretty ideas. Ariane is another Nephrolepis Boston type fern with some really nice differences. Not fragile at all, her stiffer yet still traily and graceful fronds are shorter and much sturdier than Boston. No fainting on becoming a moment too dry, no throwing her leaflets on the floor and wringing her fronds in a show of unhappiness, Ariane takes it all in stride if you don't watch her every moment. Even just fine in lower light, this is the dream fern for that dreamy, lovely, little fern grotto you've always wanted.

Quick Care Guide:
- Water - Med/High (4): Prefers more water than most, but soil can dry out periodically. Use a spray bottle to mist and increase humidity levels without soaking the soil and roots.
- Light - Med/High (4): Needs more light than most, but direct light not necessary. Can handle morning and afternoon sun directly on leaves.
- Difficulty - Low/Med (2): A little less finicky than most. Doesn't require much attention at all.
