6" Schefflera Arboricola Mini Leaf, Braided Trunk
We have run out of stock for this item.
Schefflera Arboricola is a bushy bush from Taiwan and China where it lives as a freestanding tree, or, surprisingly, can be found opportunistically clinging to the trunk of a larger tree living as an epiphyte, snagging fallen leaf debris and dripping and misting water from the forest canopy above. Mini leaf Arboricola is a fun dwarf version of the original, only getting up to about 2' tall. The leaves look like hands, with shiny, loopy, oval fingers radiating in a circle from the stems. Pliable and soft new stems are trained in a striking braid shape it will keep and thicken with age. Almost like a bonsai version of its original form, this one would look great on a tabletop.
