6" Fatsia 'Spider's Web'

Fatsia Japonica Spiders Web comes to us from Japan, where it was selected and named by two Japanese variegated plant researchers. Growing in an attractive, rounded, bush shape, you can expect it to reach 3' to 5' indoors and grown in the ground outdoors can get dramatically larger and is an arresting, gorgeous sight. The great big palmate leaves with fancy finger cuts are colored lime to emerald green, widely edged and speckled with bright white or cream, often resembling the namesake spider webbing. Leaves circle their stems giving a pleasing, harmonious shape which gets prettier with age, Fall brings sprays of white flowers that give way to little bunches of lustrous black berries.

• Water - Medium (3):  Water plant when dry. Plant does not like soil to always be moist, but doesn't like to stay dry once becomes dry. Water as soon as soil is dry.
• Light - Med/High (4):  Needs more light than most, but direct light not necessary. Can handle morning and afternoon sun directly on leaves.
• Difficulty - Medium (3):  Not too difficult to keep happy, but does require some attention.
