Philodendron Lickety Split gets its zippy name from the deeply split foliage. Strong stems support 2' to 3' long leaves (you should just see those humongous 3' leaves!) of super shiny, emerald green new foliage, settling down to a rich, deep emerald when older. New leaves are born thin, wrinkled, grass green things hanging limply draped around their main stem then toughen up when they see how things are. The long, ruffled, and forked leafy fingers have visible veins running down those fingers. Care is super easy; they can get very dry, then get watered thoroughly, then dry out again. They hate soggy soil. This is a big fellow, growing up to 4' tall and 4' wide. Not a climber, Lickety keeps its shape nicely. If you want a great big tropical friend to talk to, this guy's for you!
