6" Hoya Shooting Star

$34.01

We have run out of stock for this item.

Hoya Shooting Star looks more like a Camellia bush than a Hoya, but Hoya it is. Soft, quilty veined, grass green leaves grow in twins down the stems, first poking up, then bending down to trail over. The flowers are the real show in this basic, though handsome, green plant. Meteor showers of racing shooting stars burst out from the leaves all over the plant. Truly a spectacular display, the addition of a delicious fragrance makes Shooting Star a real star.

Quick Care Guide:

  • Water - Low/Med (2):  Doesn't need as much water, but doesn't like to stay dry for too long. Plant will become droopy when really thirsty.
  • Light - Med/High (4):  Needs more light than most, but direct light not necessary. Can handle morning and afternoon sun directly on leaves.
  • Difficulty - Low (1):  These plants need barely any attention to thrive. Set it and forget it.
