Hoya Black Margin is a vigorous Hoya similar in structure and growth habits to the Albomarginata. A brownish-black line outlines perfectly "leaf shaped" leaves with well defined points, marching in pairs down viny, twiny, olive green vines. Raised, light colored veins map the surface of the foliage creating even dimpling, similar to Hoya Ripple. Silvery, waxy specks glitter the leaf surfaces. Able to reach long lengths and gorgeous when full and stretching out in all directions, Black Margin has all the things Hoya lovers love. Fragrant flower balls start with fat clumps of 5 petaled, whitish, waxy posies, topped with small 5 petaled, whitish, waxy flowers, with a center blush of cerise red and a teeny yellow dot in the center. The flowers show up whenever the plant feels like it and are so worth the wait!
