Tortum is a fantastic Philodendron! He's to be found in the rainforest jungles of Bolivia, Brazil, and Plant Decor Shop. An impossibly skinny skeleton of a plant, branching and forking leaves seem to have barely enough surface to cover the veins. New leaves come out from the middle in pinkish green, hi-gloss shiny and mature into a familiar, regular green, each leaf settling itself into its own space away from its neighbors, maybe to glom onto every bit of filtered light that makes it down through the jungle tree canopy. Climbing those trees and getting some support encourages those leaves to grow immense (2'); some zany climbers have been reported to achieve 20' and higher. (What a sight that is!) When your Tortum starts looking around for a tree give it a pole and see all those huge leaf skeletons face you.
