Rex Begonias were introduced in 1850 and rapidly gained favor as houseplants. Quick to mutate, the original Rex gave way to hundreds of astonishing plants. Silver Point's leaves are raggedy ruffles in palest silver green with maroon borders spotted with tons of pinky dots. The marking in the middle looks like a spiky black star. The underleaf is just as exciting in chartreuse with fresh red edging and mapped with red veins. This unruly fellow can get around 20" tall and wide in its lifetime.
