3" Ficus Benghalensis, Audrey

We have run out of stock for this item.

In the wild Audrey begins her life as an opportunistic seedling growing on another plant's trunk. Known also as the "Banyan Tree" she is the beloved national tree of India where she soars to heights of 100' or more. Of course, Audrey grows to a much more modest height of 5' to 10' in our homes. Matte finish, medium green, leathery, oval leaves with glowing pale yellow, nicely forking veins circle the woody trunks. Audrey is quite reasonable in how she grows, always keeping an even and orderly shape for those of us who like tidiness and not a branch or leaf out of place. An indoor tree with a different look than the usual for a nice bright space.
