6" Clusia Princess

This Princess is so tough she has a nickname of "Autograph Plant" because it's rumored you can carve your name in her sturdy leaves. With a full and bushy, treelike growth habit Clusia Princess has the perfect shape. Lime green, paired new leaves emerge pointing straight up. As they mature they settle down to rich, grass green, oval foliage with a pointed tip. The leaf shows a midrib in a lighter green and prominent veining gently quilts the leaves. Side sprouts quickly fill the plant out. Princess is happy anywhere in the house where there is bright light and especially loves the humidity of a steamy bathroom or the kitchen. In nice warm places an occasional white flower with a bit of pink and a lovely fragrance will appear.
