4" Pothos, Cebu Blue

We have run out of stock for this item.

Cebu is an island in the Philippines, from whence we get the rare Pothos Cebu. Not so much like the Pothos we are used to, bouncy, rubbery and robust, this one has thinner leaves and a more delicate look.  Lovely, milky blue tinted with visible dark green veins, the leaves are shaped like a longish heart, with an ever-so-slight wave to the side at the tip like a paisley. Trailing very long, it's beautiful and happy to be tumbling joyfully over the edge of a hanging pot and will also love being supported on a pole to climb to dream of its faraway island jungle home, where they climbed trees to their heart's content. Some Cebu island native plants can grow to enormous sizes, even developing holes and deep splits and giant leaves like a Monstera over 1' long. Some of those deeply split plants even look like jungle palm trees, they're so fringy. On a nice, damp, sturdy moss pole, your Cebu can thrive in your jungle, and reward you with those huge split leaves.

Quick Care Guide:

  • Water - Low/Med (2):  Doesn't need as much water, but doesn't like to stay dry for too long. Plant will become droopy when really thirsty.
  • Light - Low/Med (2):  These plants need some diffused light to stay happy. Prefers if there is a window in the room, but doesn't need to be very light nor close to it.
  • Difficulty - Low/Med (2):  A little less finicky than most. Doesn't require much attention at all.
