Send a Red Valentine to someone you love! This Aglaonema is a far cry from her parent the humble, plain, dark green Commutatum of the early houseplant days when that was one of the few around. Wide, oval heart leaves that come to a point are pine to grass green liberally splashed with rosy pink to brilliant scarlet red in endless combinations; some green with pink paint and some all deep pinky red with just some thin green edges and blotches. Not wanting to lose her trim, compact figure she keeps putting leaves into the same space until all you can see are lovely leaves all overlapping and pointing outwards. - Water - Medium (3): Water plant when dry. Plant does not like soil to always be moist, but doesn't like to stay dry once becomes dry. Water as soon as soil is dry.
- Light - Medium (3): Plant prefers natural, diffused light. Can be placed in a spacious living room. Indirect light preferred. No direct sunlight on leaves.
- Difficulty - Medium (3): Not too difficult to keep happy, but does require some attention.
