Calathea Shine Star's compact growth habit makes it a perfect tabletop plant. Oval leaves in deep green with paler green edges and a brilliant pink outline are held on slim stems in a way that displays the purple undersides of many of the leaves. Like its cousin, the Prayer Plant, it will fold its leaves at night showcasing even more gorgeous purple color.
