Decora Tineke was discovered in tropical jungles where they stretch to crazy heights of up to 100' tall. In our homes we can expect them to hit a more doable 8'. Large, rubbery, oval leaves with indented midveins are freshly painted in delicate shades of pastel pinks with vanilla borders and soft, minty greens with a lovely, rosy, magenta glow wash overall. New leaves arrive on the scene tightly rolled and sheathed in a pink rubber wrapping. Unfurling to a glassy shininess, the leaves settle down with a semigloss finish. Tough and durable, resilient and self assured, Tineke is a strong and tall bush which can be pruned to fit your space. And such a riot of colors!
